Remote Area Medical (RAM) is a major non-profit group that runs free, pop-up healthcare clinics for people who do not have insurance or cannot afford a doctor. Founded in 1985 by Stan Brock, the organization is based in Rockford, Tennessee. Dental Care: Volunteers provide cleanings, fillings, X-rays, and tooth extractions.
Vision Care: Patients get eye exams and can have custom eyeglasses made on-site on the same day.
